The Company has three business models- 

1. Taking hotels on long term lease to operate them 
2. Taking hotels in management contract 
3. EBOT ( Enterprise Build Operate and Trade) is an investment model which involves construction and project management of newly built hotels using  3D volumetric construction technology. The technology will help construction of a 100 room hotel in just one year where the conventional construction technologies take 3 to 4 year to complete. The model has been conceived for sovereign and other foreign funds but it is very well suitable to indian investors too.

India only has 110,000 hotel rooms for 1.35 billion inhabitants whilst New York City comprises almost 115,500 hotel rooms for 8.6 million people*.

In 2019, business spending accounted for over 95% of travel and tourism contribution to GDP of India, meaning that most of the traffic occurred inside the country even though the country is becoming a popular destination for foreign tourists. In 2019, the country saw more than 10 million foreign tourist arrivals and it is expected to grow to 17 million by 2028.

Rapid growth of the Indian population and increasing tourists’ in-flow and a lack of 2 star and 3 star hotels turns into a large gap in the hospitality market and creates an investment opportunity in the hotels sector.
