It works on three important planks - People, Planet and Profit.

Its primary aim is to establish standards in the mid segment hotels in India. It aims to operate 20,000 plus rooms in a short span of ten years.

Operating net carbon zero hotels is one of the main planks.

New built hotels constructed using 3D Volumetric Construction Technology, which takes less than one year to complete a 100 room hotel and which emits almost 60% less CO2, is the main plank of company’s net carbon zero objective. Operation of Hotels undertaken under EBOT model of the company will help it fulfil its objective.

The company also intends to open pure veg hotels at places keeping in mind the customer preferences.

We are launching following hotels in the different parts of India -

1. The Eco Satva Kota - A 63 luxurious rooms with an open to sky restaurant, a bar, a fine dine and 02 banquets/ events spaces, a premium mid range hotel near city mall and next to Resonance main building. Expected date to commence its operation is 15th September 2024.

2. The Eco Vadodara - 57 luxurious rooms property with open to sky restaurant, mocktail bar (non alcoholic), one fine dine restaurant, 2 banquets are getting ready to be launched in Vadodara City in Gujarat from 1st December 2024. This will be a premium mid range hotel in the heart of Vadodara city.

3. EcoValue Kochi - Launching our value brand in the city of spices at a very plush area near High Court of Kerala. It will be a 16 well equipped and comfortable rooms with AC, free wifi internet, tea / coffee maker in the room, and satellite TV.
